Answering a question about camel and sheep drugs

Answering a question about camel and sheep drugs

Q: If two tribes or two people quarrel and the sheikh of the tribe rules that the defendant be given property from camels or sheep, they will be slaughtered and slaughtered with the one who has the right, and so on.

A: What appears to us from the purified law is that these drugs are not permissible; For faces:
The first one: This is from the Sunnah of Jahiliyyah, and the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: There is no infertility in Islam.
And the second: This action is intended to glorify the owner of the truth, and to draw near to him with aqeerah. And that is not permissible, rather it is, in general, shirk, as God, Glory be to Him, said: Say that my prayer, my devotion, my life, and my death are for Allah, the Lord of the worlds * He has no partner, and with that I have been commanded, and I am the first to submit. [الأنعام:162-163] The ritual is the slaughter, God associated it with prayer due to its greatness, so this indicates that the sacrifice must be for God alone, just as prayer is for God alone, and the Almighty said Indeed, We have given you al-Kawthar * pray to your Lord and sacrifice [الكوثر:1-2] And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: May God curse those who sacrifice to other than God.
The third aspect: This action is part of the ruling of Jahiliyyah, and God Almighty has said: Are you the rulers of the Jahiliyah, they transgressed? And who is better in judgment than God for a people who have certainty? [المائدة:50] And there is similarity to the deeds of the dead worshipers, trees and stones, as previously mentioned.
What is obligatory is to leave it, and in what God has legislated in terms of rulings and aspects of reform, what is sufficient for this ruling, and God is the Grantor of success.[1].
