A: Everything that people do, good and bad, is all in measure, as he said : Indeed, everything We created has a measure [القمر:49] Glory be to Him: No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves except that it is in a Book before We brought it into being. [الحديد:22] Glory be to Him: Say it will not happen to us except what Allah has decreed for us [التوبة:51] Yet good deeds are from God’s grace; Because he is the one who wrote it and according to the servant to do it, so praise be to Him for that. As for bad deeds, they are by God’s will, and their causes are the actions of the servants and their sins, as he said : And whatever calamity befalls you, it is for what your hands have earned, and He pardons much. [الشورى:30] And he said : God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves verse [الرعد:11].
And He, Glory be to Him, estimated good deeds and bad deeds, and He guided the servant to do good deeds, and He did not guide the disobedient to abandon the bad ones, due to great wisdom and reasons created by the servants.^[1].
